Christian Blair and the team at Annata Sydney have taken inspiration from the recent heatwave with the introduction of 
The Freezling Project‘. 

Taking advantage of the quality and versatility of Australian Riesling, The Freezling Project is a suite of low alcohol, fresh, frozen, Riesling based cocktails created by Christian Blair at Annata Sydney (there are also a variety of other blended cocktails, if Riesling is not your thing).
