Joins us at Annata on Friday, 26 January from 12:00 noon where the kitchen will be cooking up a delicious meal with fresh Australian produce from the lucky country’s land and sea. Either book in for a formal meal for lunch or dinner, or join us at the bar for an Australia Day drink and food combo.
From the bar, we are celebrating all the wonderful things Australia does in the world of booze; our usual all Aussie craft beer menu will be accompanied by Australian Spirit tasting flights, and for one night only, EVERY Australian wine on our list will be offered by the glass. From this Sunday, 28 January, Annata will be open 7 days a week. Join us at Annata on Sundays for a casual bar menu and all the great wines, beers and cocktails that we are known for.

Then start the week by letting us cook for you – our chefs will put together a four course menu every Monday and offer it to our wonderful locals at just $50 per head. Christian will have a white and a red from our wine collection open every week as well, giving our guests a chance to try something different without breaking the bank.

Then Tuesdays to Saturdays we are offering the full Annata experience.

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, love is officially in the air, so spoil the special person in your life at Annata. Head chef Jimmy Richardson has created an indulgent seven-course degustation menu, designed to be shared, which includes a complimentary glass of Pike & Joyce NV Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé on arrival.

MEET THE WINEMAKER – MADA WINES – ACT – 1 FEB

Join us as we host the inimitable Hamish Young (Ex Eden Road) on a 5 course tour through his latest vintage of Mada wines.

Mada Wines produces a collection of passionately made small-batch wines from the Canberra region. Winemaker Hamish Young, guided by a philosophy of ‘celebrating origin’ and drawing on his deep familiarity with the region, delivers generous wines which retain their delicacy and demonstrate an abiding respect for his craft.

Hamish launched Mada Wines in 2016 and is dedicated to working closely with an exciting group of local growers at the forefront of viticulture in Canberra and its surrounds. With a decade of local experience, Hamish is intimately aware of the unique subtleties that characterise the many outstanding sites scattered throughout the landscape.
