Meet the Winemaker dinner – 29 August

We are excited to be introducing Stephen Cook from Barossa Valley-based Eisenstone. Stephen will join us to discuss his passion for Barossa Shiraz, his philosophy around his brand and his focus on the sub-regions of the Barossa.

We are very excited to showcase the best of Australian beef at our first Producer dinner. On 8 August, our head Chef, Daniel Webb, will be joined by Origin Meat’s Sophie McNaught-Lee, where they will take guests on a gastronomical journey of discovery.
