We’re a team of enthusistic food and wine professionals who love sharing our passion for creating amazing food cominations paired with exceptional beverages and of course eating, drinking, and having fun with our friends.
Whether it’s our cocktails, our wine list or our food, we go to great lengths to source excellent examples from small, integral suppliers with a great hand for quality, and a fond eye on the environment.
From a quick drink in the bar to date night or large groups. we have your evening covered, from light bar snacks, to A la Carte or one of our signature personally tailored set menus.

SET MENU IN-HOUSE DINING RESUMES FROM 15 MAY
Lunch Friday and Saturday we are offering 2 time slots – 12 noon to 2:15 PM and a late lunch service at 2:30 PM to 5 PM
Dinner Monday to Saturday we are offering 2 time slots – 6 PM -7:45 PM and 8 PM till late
Guests are asked to respect the time allocation to allow us to sanitise and reset for the following seating where applicable.
We will continue to offer a delicious takeaway and home delivery menu 6 days a week for both lunch and dinner.

Owner – General Manager
You’d be hard pressed to find someone more passionate and knowledgeable about cocktails, wine and hospitality than Christian Blair. For three years Christian managed the multi-award-winning Darlinghurst cocktail bar Eau de Vie and subsequently worked behind the bar at Rockpool Bar & Grill.
A former bar industry consultant and trainer, and a finalist in several international cocktail competitions, Christian understands what it takes to make the perfect cocktail. Equally passionate about wine, he also knows how to curate an intriguing and fascinating list that is as creative and innovative as the food it’s designed to complement.
