Renowned for his culinary mastery of the senses in Michelin starred kitchens, Chef Joshua Mason believes that with every great meal; an exceptional wine should be paired. Joshua recently extended his palate skills gained over 18 years in the kitchen to the fine art of winemaking. After establishing his Quoi Dining Restaurant, Joshua purchased a small vineyard in the Barossa and set up his own boutique winery under the Ciel label.

Join us for a sensory evening as host Joshua guides and informs us on the fine art of wine and cuisine pairing. Learn from a culinary master as we gain a better understanding of the relationship between our palate and the choices we make for cuisine and wine.  Joshua will share his own culinary journey as you taste his sensational but rare wines perfectly paired with a five-course degustation in collaboration with our own awarded Chef, Jordon Garcia.
