Degustation Dinner - Tour de France


Annata is excited to announce its latest degustation event, Tour De France! Join us across two evenings as we indulge in the finer tastes of ten stunning French wines together with a five-course degustation menu designed to celebrate the dynamic and wonderful regional cuisines of France.

Guests will enjoy a 5-course French-inspired degustation matched with paired wines.

Executive Chef Jordon Garcia’s exciting menu takes Inspiration from the seaside villages of Normandy to the chic bistros of Paris. In true French fashion, each of his spectacular dishes will be served with two perfectly matched French wines.

Making it an extra special and nostalgic night, our host, expert sommelier, and former Annata Manager, Christian Blair will guide us through this fabulously French evening. Nobody knows more about French wine than Christian, so you will be sure to come away appreciating the finer tasting notes together with insights into the great French vignerons and terroirs that create these fabulous wines.
