Join us for "Australia's Best Wineries", a degustation celebration of Australia's most acclaimed wine makers and wineries to be held on January 29th and 30th, beginning at 7:00 pm. Our hatted Executive Chef Jordon Garcia has prepared a perfectly matched menu with some quirky but delicious Australian favourites. The wine list is a superb representation of Australian Winemaking royalty. We chose our wines from the top twenty of Huon Hooke's review of 400 Australian wineries. They include Yarra Yering and their winemaker Sarah Cooke who also won in 2021. Also included are wines from Henschke, and By Farr who ranked 2nd and 3rd respectively.  All up, we have ten of the top twenty wines on show for this spectacular Australian degustation.
