Experience a unique culinary evening at Annata’s next dining experience

"Wine Making Traditions - Australia versus Europe"

We are so excited to present our next degustation event, "Wine Making Traditions - Australia versus Europe"! The final wine list is truly remarkable, showcasing a superb collection of wines that beautifully highlight the diverse winemaking traditions from both continents. Each wine reflects the unique artistry of its winemaker, shaped by generations of evolving techniques and distinct terroirs. While every bottle is exceptional in its own way, tasting them side by side will reveal fascinating contrasts in style, flavor, and aroma.

Join us on Wednesday, 25th or Thursday, 26th September for an evening dedicated to exploring the world of winemaking across Australia and Europe. Hosted by esteemed wine expert Nick Barlow, this event will feature six outstanding Australian wines alongside six distinguished European selections, offering a rare opportunity to compare and savor the best of both regions.

To enhance this experience, our hatted Chef Jordon Garcia has created a five-course menu designed to complement and elevate the unique qualities of each wine. Don’t miss this chance to indulge in a culinary and vinous journey that celebrates tradition, craftsmanship, and the art of winemaking.
