Indulge in an exquisite 5-course menu designed by Chef Jordon Garcia to be perfectly matched for our stunning South American wine selection. Start with a Pisco Spritz and snack to get you into that happy South American vibe before savouring five courses delivered with a Latin edge.
We will delve into the world of nine truly great wines guided by Tom Egan. Tom has the perfect credentials to be our host and tutor with his great vigneron and viticulture knowledge. He is both a Mendoza winemaker and Australia's foremost supplier of South American wines to the restaurant industry. The wines will include some stunning Argentinian Malbecs such as the extraordinary 2014 Achaval-Ferrer Mirador from Mendoza and the Bodega Noemia “J Alberto” from Patagonia. You will also taste some less familiar, yet exciting varietals such as Torrontes, Pias and Bonarda before finishing with a truly great 2015 Pulenta Estate Gran Cabernet-Franc, grown and made Agrelo Argentina.
