Complementing this exceptional wine list is a French-inspired five-course menu crafted by our talented Executive Chef, Jordon Garcia that will warm the cockles of your heart, featuring classic dishes reimagined with a contemporary twist. OUR HOST - Jeff Beresford

Jeff comes from a big hospitality/retail and wine background plying his trade from Sydney to Cambridge, and Margaret River to London. He studied WSET Level 2 & 3 Awards in Cambridge and undertook his Diploma in WSET HQ in Bermondsey, London where he was taught by some of the most renowned Masters of Wine in the world.  Having finished the Diploma he now imports wines from hand picked producers in some of the finest and under represented regions around. He has a passion for French wines and cuisines.
