Join us for The Great Wines of Bordeaux, a luxurious five-course wine degustation dinner to be held on November 27th and 28th, beginning at 7:00 pm.

Experience Bordeaux’s legendary wines with Bordelaise inspired cuisine created by Executive Chef Jordon Garcia. We will open the evening with a refreshing Chateau Croix de Labrie Rosé before immersing you in a journey through Bordeaux’s finest. Discover the elegant minerality of the semillon blends from Chateau Thieuley and Chateau Croix De Labrie Stella Solare. Savour the earthy complexity of merlot from Chateau Penin Le Cailloux and malbec from Chateau Penin.  The third & fourth courses will feature the iconic and super prestigious reds of the Gironde Estuary including Chateau Haute Brion from Pessac-Léognan and Chateau Leoville Poyferre from Saint-Julien on the left banks before Chateau La Clotte, St Emillion and Chateau Feytit Clinet, Pommerol on the right banks. To end, we will indulge in the sweet, honeyed notes of the Chateau Lapinesse Sauternes.

Our expert host Nick Barlow will guide you through this unique wine appreciation evening, entertaining us with stories of Bordeaux’s finest vineyards and winemaking traditions.
