Each course will highlight the richness of Sicilian cuisine, drawing on the island's renowned ingredients and centuries-old culinary traditions. Hosting the evening will be Italian wine expert Mattia Bartolucci, who will guide you through captivating stories about the island’s winemaking heritage, the ancient traditions still in practice, and the incredible terrain—ranging from volcanic slopes to coastal vineyards—that gives Sicilian wines their distinct character.
