Join us across 2 nights as we learn about the three magnificent wine regions of Tuscany, Abruzzo and Emilia Romagna in Central Italy. Sangiovese, Vermentino, Montalcino, Montepulciano and Vin Santo are a famous few among the ten varietals we will taste on this great night of wine and food. While these regions are close to each other in distance, their quite different terrains and climates create great differences in style. You will love them all!
The wine flights will be matched with our beautiful Five-Course Degustation Menu designed and prepared by Executive Chef Jordon Garcia. His culinary flair and personal interpretation of the finest Italian cuisine from these iconic regions will make the wines taste even better.
Our host will be renowned expert in Italian Wines, Ennio di Marco. His passion for Italy and the artisanal Italian winemakers will make him the perfect guide as we taste these great regional wines.
