Prepare to tantalize your taste buds with a carefully curated selection of wines, each a testament to the Iberian Peninsula’s centuries-old winemaking traditions and unique terroirs. Scott has meticulously chosen a lineup that showcases the diversity and excellence of Iberian wines, from the robust and full-bodied reds of Rioja and Meandro Douro to the crisp and refreshing whites of Alvariño and Garnatxa Blanca.
Executive Chef Jordon Garcia has designed a five-course degustation menu designed to complement these beautiful Iberian wines while paying homage to the gastronomic heritage of Spain and Portugal.
