Description

This rosé wine is made by the prestigious Château de Saintmartin; one of the 18 cru classé off Provence. You will never forget its freshness and authenticity tempting your palate! Colette is a famous lady in Provence history. She went courageously through war times and challenges of life with modesty, class and always; a good sense of humour.

Tasting Notes

A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan. The nose is intense with red fruits and crushed strawberries. The palate is lively round and balanced with fresh fruits and boiled sweets (hard candy). It is fresh, classy and elegant.

The Winemaking

Trellised or goblet pruning vines. with Low yields (50hl/ha). Direct pressing. with short and cooled maceration.

Château de Saint-Martin is a sophisticated producer of rosé wines, in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation, that make up over 50% of our production. The blend emblematic grape varieties: Grenache, Tibouren, Cinsault, Carignan and Syrah.
